Shipping and Returns

Collegiate Crest orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner’s facilities. Our shipping method is via FedEx services. Select products may also be shipped through the United States Postal Service. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O., APO, or FPO boxes.

Delivery Timeline

All Collegiate Crest Collectible items are custom made for our student athletes to ensure authenticity and scarcity of your collectible. As a result, we have a 4-6 Week Lead Time from the date of your order to delivery. Please contact a customer service representative via e-mail through Sales@CollegiateCrest.com for any orders exceeding this lead time.

Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss for all products purchased from Collegiate Crest Collectibles will pass to our shipping carrier once the product has been shipped.

Product Orders

We reserve the right to change descriptions, specifications, and prices of the products offered on our site at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that descriptions, specifications and prices of products are accurate, updated, or complete at all times. Collegiate Crest Does not ship orders outside of the United States. Products ordered through our site are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order at any time, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion and without liability to the purchaser or third party. If the item has been paid for prior to our cancellation, we will promptly issue you a refund upon our cancellation of order.

Promotional offers for free shipping exclude Hawaii, Alaska and any International destinations.

Return Policy

Collegiate Crest Collectibles has a NO RETURN Policy.

We start processing your custom product(s) immediately upon receipt of your order. Therefore, any cancellation or modification to Collegiate Crest custom orders are not possible. All Collegiate Crest items are custom made specific to our student athletes and/or the consumer. Products that have been custom printed, specially cut or assembled are not returnable.

Defective or Damaged Product

If any of our products arrive defective or damaged. We recommend contacting our office via phone or email to get a Return Authorization number before mailing back product(s). If the product is defective Collegiate Crest will provide a return address label for a return at no charge to you (the customer). We will then issue a refund or offer a “like” replacement product to you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your return to be received and your refund issued. If your product is damaged in shipping, please contact our office via phone or e-mail and we will provide you with information needed to file a claim with the carrier.

We can only accept defective/damaged product returns for purchases made through CollegiateCrest.com or purchased from Collegiate Crest directly. If you have purchased your Collegiate Crest Collectible from anywhere else, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Collegiate Crest product you purchased. However, our policy on this instance is that you contact a representative from your point of purchase directly to request an exchange or return. If you are having difficulty after this attempt, you can contact a Collegiate Crest customer service team member by emailing Sales@CollegiateCrest.com. Please provide your full name and contact information and as much detail as possible about the product, your concern and any documentation (sales receipt or email receipt) you have about the original purchase. Our customer service team will address your concern on your behalf and contact you regarding a plan of action. Please note: Due to the large volume of general correspondence received by Collegiate Crest, a response cannot be guaranteed for inquiries not related to product purchased directly through Collegiate Crest Collectibles.
