Vendor Code of Conduct
Collegiate Crest Collectibles, LLC is committed to ensuring that all products we sell are
manufactured under safe, lawful, humane, and ethical conditions. As such, we require that all our suppliers and their subcontractors adhere to the following standards:
1. Compliance with Laws:
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
2. Prohibition of Forced Labor:
There shall be no use of forced labor, including prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or other forms of involuntary labor.
3. Prohibition of Child Labor:
Vendors shall not employ workers under the age of 15 or under the age for completion of
compulsory education, whichever is higher.
4. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining:
Vendors shall recognize and respect the rights of employees to freely associate and bargain collectively.
5. Safe and Healthy Working Conditions:
Workers shall be provided with a safe and hygienic workplace environment, including access to clean water, restrooms, and proper safety equipment.
6. Fair Wages and Benefits:
Compensation must meet or exceed the legal minimum wage and any mandated benefits.
7. Working Hours:
Vendors must comply with applicable laws on working hours and overtime.
8. Non-Discrimination:
Vendors must not discriminate in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement.
9. Environmental Responsibility:
Vendors should comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
10. Monitoring and Compliance:
Collegiate Crest Collectibles, LLC reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Code and to terminate relationships with vendors who violate these standards.
